The most preferred qualities from the entries received were as follows. 1. Communication. By far the biggest gripe customers appear to have with their carrier is communication. Even being able to speak to someone who can get them an answer appears to be an issue with some carriers. 2. Collection Driver. Clearly many customers believe a good reliable, FRIENDLY collection driver is a 'must have'. A suprising result. 3. Cost Effective. Price is clearly an issue, However we expected that to be number one. A clear easily understood pricing structure was also a popular choice. The competition of course assumed that goods were delivered on time and intact. Nobody picked the three requirements in the order they came out. Fiona was picked out at random from the seven closest entries. We value your responses and will take the results on board to try and improve our service to yourselves.
